Help us protect Red Sea shipwrecks – your dives matter.
Divers are the people who spend the most time on Red Sea wrecks, and your experiences are invaluable. Wrecks at Risk invites divers to share photographs, videos, and observations from recent wreck dives to help us better understand and monitor the condition of these important heritage sites.
Share your images
If you have taken photographs or video footage of Red Sea shipwrecks, we would love to see them. Your images help us:
- Build a visual record of wrecks over time
- Highlight their cultural and historical value
- Raise awareness of both good practice and emerging threats
Once moderated your images and text will be posted on the Wrecks at Risk website and social media (with full credit to you).
Share your observations – we are also keen to hear your insights as a diver.
Have you noticed:
- Structural changes or collapse on a wreck?
- Increased damage from mooring or diver penetration?
- Evidence of looting or missing artefacts?
- Changes in marine growth or visibility around the wreck?
Even small observations can be important when combined with others over time, helping us track change and identify sites most at risk.
